The Unseen Eyes! My Original Horror Poster Concept
The Unseen Eyes” is a conceptual horror poster born entirely from my imagination, designed to explore the subtle terror of what we cannot fully see. The staircase in the composition symbolizes familiarity and safety, yet the darkness between its rails conceals an ancient, watchful presence. The glowing eyes hint at an intelligence lurking in the shadows — they aren’t chasing you; they are already observing every move you make.
In this piece, I focused on creating a tense, immersive atmosphere rather than relying on jump scares. Cobwebs, muted tones, and carefully placed shadows were used to evoke abandonment and psychological unease. The interplay of light and darkness highlights the thin boundary between the known and the unknown, where curiosity slowly gives way to dread. Every element was deliberately chosen to engage the viewer’s imagination, making the unseen feel both threatening and alive.
Typography, composition, and color grading were crafted to reinforce the cinematic quality of the poster, blending realistic details with stylized horror aesthetics. The aim was to create a visual story that lingers in the mind — where a presence, rather than violence, becomes the most unsettling element.
This project demonstrates my approach to conceptual design: combining technical skill with creative storytelling to create work that is visually compelling, emotionally engaging, and atmospherically rich. “The Unseen Eyes” is not just a poster; it is an exploration of fear, perception, and the power of suggestion in visual art.
